We have identified the root cause of the issue, and a fix is currently being deployed. All failed exports have since been re-run, and exports are in progress to Google Ads. The failed re-processed Google exports generally take 8-10 hours to complete to sync with Google. Our engineering teams will continue to monitor closely and provide further updates as new information becomes available.

We experienced a connectivity disruption between the Zeta Marketing Platform and Google Ads, which temporarily impacted file transfer operations. All failed exports have since been successfully re-run, and no ongoing data is expected. All other platform services have remained fully operational throughout. Our engineering teams continue to monitor the connection closely, and further updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
